Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information. You may not scrape, resell or misrepresent it, and you must not use the site in a way that disrupts service for others.
Services and engagement
Consulting, audit and development work is governed by a separate signed statement of work that defines scope, milestones, fees and acceptance criteria. Where terms conflict, the statement of work prevails.
Estimates and results
ROI figures, time savings and case study metrics are illustrative and based on prior engagements. Actual results depend on your data, processes and adoption.
Intellectual property
Aivolve retains rights to its pre-existing frameworks and tooling. Deliverables built specifically for you transfer to you on final payment, together with documentation.
Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement. Mutual NDAs are available on request.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its revision date.
