Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 August 2026. This policy explains how Aivolve handles personal data.
Information we collect
We collect the details you submit through our contact and booking forms — name, work email, company and any notes you choose to share — plus basic analytics such as pages viewed and referring source.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations and audits, provide contracted services, and send the newsletter if you opted in. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics cookies are only set once you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing site data.
Data sharing
We share data only with processors that help us operate — hosting, email and scheduling providers — under contracts requiring equivalent protection. Client project data stays within the systems agreed in your contract.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Client project records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus any statutory period, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Security
We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit, audited integrations and regular review of third-party access to client systems.
